Education raises mankind to its highest level of dignity. With that thought in mind, my desire is to devote my resourceful
teaching professionalism to help develop students’ cognitive and social growth. Learning styles are as various and different
as tastes; therefore, it is fundamental to diversify the means of transferring learning, using the most accurate curriculum
available, the latest development of technology, and all the proven teaching tools, such as probing, questioning according
to the Bloom’s taxonomy, giving performance-oriented, and information-oriented feedback, teacher mentoring, aligning the students’
interests with potential career opportunity in order to inspire the students to take the right direction regarding their future
career or field of study, involving in community-oriented activities in order to transcend the barriers of cultures, race,
and beliefs. It is true that teaching requires a strong passion and strong intrinsic motivation, because the extrinsic motivation
only would not compensate the difficulties that are on the way. The world is a vast construction site and it takes the efforts
of everyone to build the future; my greatest intrinsic motivation is to know that I make a difference in a student’s life!
